Description
Kent, WA based Fish Hunter was renowned for it’s Blood Quill and Spey Blood Quill Marabous, both for quality and awesome dye jobs. Alaska and Pacific NW anglers sought patterns and jigs tied with this marabou. When Fish Hunter transfered over to Idaho based Nature’s Spirit, a couple of the Fish Hunter guys followed to continue the tradition of making supreme marabou and dyed hackle. The high quality marabou is as good today as it was back in the Fish Hunter days. Blood Quill Marabou is known for its short-medium legnth fibers and its fuller appearance. This make for great tails, wings and collars. This marabou can also make some killer flesh flies. Check out the apricot, cream, flesh, peach and tan colors.
