Hard as Hull Penetrator Head Cement is a deep penetrating adhesive that soaks into thread wraps and locks them down. It soaks in nicely and doesn’t change the look of the thread wraps. The bottle cap has a built in applicator brush. It is our default head cement for all our flies.
