Gerald Lee – Cordova Mid September

Hi Gerald,

I've thrown together some flies for you to look over. As you can tell, the Dolly Llama is a "go to" silver fly these days. We sell a box that included a dozen #2 Llamas . Typically there are two each of 6 different color combos included, but we can customize it to suit your needs. I also picked out a bunch of color combo that I would have in my box for mid September. 

After the Llamas, I chose the new Jig Spanker 2.o. These are wicked flies that are a lot easier to cast and fish over a full day. Llamas are heavy and can be a bear to cast for long periods of time.  After the Spankers come some Starlite Leeches in the Polar series. A little lighter and can be fished with or with out a sink tip.  I've seen days where these will hands down out fish other flies, especially when the fish are being turned off by the larger profile and flash of the Dolly Llama. Lastly I threw on some Deep Sixes. Same as the Starlites, a little smaller profile and easy to cast. Big difference between these and Starlites is that they have just a little flash. Great for when the fish are getting tight lipped or if they are being put down by sun and low water.
