A shaggy dubbed body has long hackle fibers wound through and then it is counter-wrapped with thin wire to give the fly great durability. A heavily weighted body gets the fly down and the pink pearl bead on the front gives it an added level of attraction.

If you could only choose one color of this fly it would be Dirty Sock. This is the color that opened our eyes to this pattern. After a 4th completely tangled bead rig on a small stream, it was really nice to swing this fly with on a floating line with no split shot, indicator or anything else and catch a ton of fish!
