Check out this ultra-fishy version of an egg sucking leech. A shaggy dubbed body has long hackle fibers wound through and then it is counter-wrapped with thin wire to give the fly great durability. A heavily weighted body gets the fly down and the pink pearl bead on the front gives it an added level of attraction.
