Hartwick's Flashtail Tubes from Aqua Flies are just over 3 inches in length. They are tied with marabou, ostrich and flash. The marabou is tied in with a cone behind it so that it keeps a full profile in the water and is much more durable than a standard marabou tube fly. It is tied on a tiny 15mm shank and has an Octopus #4 hook. If the hook gets damaged you can swap it out for a new one. It has tiny lead eyes so you will want to fish it with a sink tip line or a bit of weight to get it down.
